Stanley Furniture Company’s CEO, Glenn Prillaman, has resigned along with two other board members in conjunction with the sale of the company to a private Vietnamese industry group. Matthew Smith replaces Prillaman on a temporary basis. Prillaman will be paid $765,000 severance according to the company.
