Governor Terry McAuliffe is being sued along with Hillary Clinton’s brother, Rodham, and others for “running a scam.” According to a $17 million dollar lawsuit filed in Fairfax County Court last week, 32 Chinese investors “were swindled” out of $560,000 each with promises of U.S. residency and high-paying jobs building electric cars. The suit involves former Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton as using her influence as head of the State Department to facilitate the ruse. McAuliffe has admitted he is under investigation by the FBI and federal prosecutors over the matter. The Attorney General for the state of Mississippi has also filed suit for $3 million dollars in damages and forfeiture of land in the failed endeavor. A spokesman for McAuliffe denies any wrongdoing and says the Governor expects the suit to be dismissed.
